Yoga Teacher Training
Tara has devoted herself to this study, traveling the country and the world, following top yoga masters, and mentoring a world-class training in Bali in order to create one of the most comprehensive and valuable yoga teacher trainings found anywhere. Other amazing yoga artists specializing in specific schools of yoga will also join and bring their knowledge to share.
In this Yoga Teacher Training Course you will learn proper yoga alignment, yoga anatomy, history and philosophy of the practice, meaningful adjustments to apply to students and deepen your own understanding of the energetics of the poses. You will be able to teach a mind-blowing yoga class when you leave. But most of all, you will experience transformation in your own life and be left forever changed.
T Nolan Yoga is a Registered Yoga School with Yoga Alliance. Therefore, upon completion of the program, you will receive certification to become a nationally recognized 200-hr Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200).
upcoming Teacher Trainings
Immerse yourself in nature and the study of yoga, to find personal growth and become your best self inside and out. Best of all, leave with the knowledge and tools to share this gift of yoga with others.
In this unique yoga teacher training, you may find yourself hiking in the woods, on a pontoon boat, practicing yoga alignment on a beach. You will have an opportunity to try a juice cleanse and a mostly organic vegetarian diet. You will find yourself changed inside and out when you leave.
The work goes deep into your life and empowers you to new levels, but we have a great deal of fun at the same time. Staying at the Camp Jorn cabins on the lake provides the perfect setting for bonding, spirituality and springtime fun.
"Thanks so much for the awesome class yesterday Tara! We are all so fortunate to have you in the north woods for motivational and inspirational classes. I think I have come away having learned something new each time with you this summer just because you encourage the possibility. So glad you're here!!"
