Day 1

Daniel Aaron

Spiritual teacher, coach, astrologer, yogi, father and author – Daniel Aaron has dedicated his life to understanding the human patterns that create suffering and how to change them. Through his online membership, seminars, retreats and 1-1 private coaching, he has led thousands of people to live brighter, more fulfilled lives. He teaches at Omega and Esalen Institutes and founded the internationally recognized Radiantly Alive center in Bali.

He’s hardcore about awakening and helping all of us to greater freedom, love and happiness. His experience includes decades of training with the modern masters; ruthless personal and spiritual development; radical therapies, courses and mentorships with enlightened teachers; his own constant self-inquiry, most commonly derived from the ordinary human challenges of his own commitment to kindness, authenticity and masterful service; fathering a 11 year old angel; and founding, running and selling businesses.

Day 4

Kelsey Erin Sky

Kelsey Erin Sky is an empathic, heart-led leader and healer. With a down to earth and edgy yet approachable style, Kelsey helps guide others home to themselves by unlocking their inner beauty through expression. Her healing mediums are endless, although some favorites include song, dance, art, nature, storytelling and good ol’ fashioned intuition. From overcoming her own trauma, illness, anger, and heartbreak, Kelsey has forged her own spiritual path through resilience and study. Her heart's desire is to walk in truth and pass on what she’s learned to others so that we may all walk together in peace, love, and bliss!

Day 7

Dennis Hawk

Dennis Hawk is a yoga instructor, musician, composer, recording artist, flute maker, story-teller, and workshop leader. He is a vibrant 74-year-old yoga practitioner and meditator who loves doing workshops focused on how the ancient Vedic stories and songs relate to yoga poses. As a story-teller, he is fun and funny but also profoundly rooted in his own spirituality gleaned from his Native American heritage, a degree in theology, Hindu/Yogic studies and his own addictions recovery - and lots of life experience.

Day 2

Dawn Lorentz

Dawn began practicing yoga and meditation to relieve her migraines. Before starting Self Reboot, Dawn worked at one of the premier commercial real estate consulting firms where their motto was “work hard and play hard. ” After years of chasing back-to-back deadlines at a New-York-minute pace, she was rewarded with severe chronic migraine headaches, which over time manifested into insomnia, depression and autoimmune diseases. She visited at least 10 different specialists in a little over two years and not a single one was able to determine the cause of her declining health. At times, the pain was so unbearable she had thoughts of giving up and committing suicide but, instead, she found the power from within and committed her life to not only surviving but thriving despite the debilitating pain.

Dawn ultimately healed herself by learning holistic techniques through acupuncture, yoga, meditation, fitness, and nutrition. Turning her pain into passion, she was inspired to become a certified Yoga instructor, Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer.

In 2014, Dawn left the corporate world and started Self Reboot to teach others the benefits of yoga and meditation and how to manage stress and avoid stress-related illness.

Today, Dawn has 11 years of teaching experience and has rebooted over 100 mid-to-large size companies in the tri-state area. Self Reboot is an authorized vendor with Cigna Healthcare and several other insurance brokerage firms.

Day 5

Jennifer Braun, owner of Bliss Flow Yoga and social media strategist is also an adjunct instructor at Edgewood College. Her popular course, Social Media: Brands, Influencers and the Human Community combines hands-on participation and virtual class options so students can learn the communication skills needed to thrive in today's social media driven workplace. Her passion for teaching and love of community-building converge at her yoga studio, where the offerings range from group classes, on-site corporate and educator classes to yoga classes delivered directly to under-served communities.

Off the mat, Jennifer can be found enjoying all that Wisconsin offers - its lakes, museums, restaurants and tranquil places off the grid - with her children and her dogs.

Day 8

Debbie Russo

Debbie Russo is the co-owner of NEXT yoga studios & Wild Abundant Life, yoga & life teacher training school & business coaching.

Debbie was born with Crohn’s disease, a digestive disorder. She instantly fell in love with the practice of yoga over a decade ago when she stumbled into a yoga class and realized it was the only thing that relieved her illness. Since then, she has been an avid yoga practitioner and teacher.

She started teaching yoga to seniors while owning her own in-home senior care company. Specializing in business and yoga education, Debbie trains students and teachers nationally. Debbie has started 5 companies of her own, but the most rewarding and close to her heart is NEXT yoga and Wild Abundant Life. Debbie believes everyone should do yoga and her studio and training center allow her to share this practice with as many people possible.

Lauren Duncan

Lauren Duncan is the co-owner of NEXT yoga studios & training. As an athlete and fitness fanatic, Lauren has always been an advocate for health and wellness, but it wasn’t until she was diagnosed with severe scoliosis that her yoga journey began.

Inspired and amazed by how healing the practice was both physically and mentally, she moved to Colorado and completed her 200 hour RYT. In 2014, Lauren moved back to Illinois to open NEXT yoga with her mom, Debbie to share the gift of yoga with as many people as possible.

As an ERYT-500, Lauren leads the 200 hour teacher training program at NEXT yoga, and facilitates several advanced courses through Wild Abundant Life. When she is not leading training or teaching public classes, Lauren specializes in teaching private yoga training to athletes, athletic teams, and private students.

Day 3

Trish Washburn

Trish Washburn received her teacher trainings from Kriya Temple, Alignment Yoga and has studied with numerous yoga masters. She has over 2000 hours of Teacher Training and has an avid thirst for self-study. Her fluid, fun style comes from her own experiences and from being open to different teaching styles and has deemed her style 'a yoga mut'. She loves participating in all styles of yoga. Trish is inspired by the deep transformations of body, mind, heart, and soul that yoga can engender for practitioners.

Trish's teaching style is fun, creative and non-judgmental with an emphasis on releasing everyday stress and negative attitudes to experience the joy yoga brings. She brings a fun modern edge to her Vinyasa & Power classes by incorporating unique and modern music, dynamic flows and challenging variations to the practice. She is firmly grounded in alignment principles and an avid fan of yoga philosophy: lessons in yoga, perhaps lessons in life. Trish believes that people are drawn to yoga for many different reasons and within each class, students are encouraged to tailor their practice to their individual needs. Always open to questions, she is able to tailor classes to students' needs and encourages acceptance of each moment as a necessary step along the path of well-being.

Along with being a wife and mother, Trish enjoys participating in any athletic endeavors, triathlons, paddleboarding, and anything that builds upon her life as an ex-professional athlete.

Yoga Certifications: Kriya Temple 200hr, Alignment Yoga 200hr, Alignment Yoga 500hr, DeafYoga's Visual Yoga Certification: able to accommodate Deaf and HOH students in class through visual cues and limited ASL vocabulary. Although the teacher is not fluent in ASL, basic yoga-related vocabulary will be used

Day 6

Shayne Broadwell

Yoga found Shayne without her realizing it at first, but through her practice, she found great healing and transformation.  She has witnessed this same process in countless students through her twelve years and over 10,000 hours of teaching.  In her playful, soulful, and creative classes she focuses on finding and maintaining functional mobility and strength within the body, all while reminding students to not take it all too seriously.  With her additional training in Adaptive Yoga and her role as a Physical Therapist Assistant, she is well equipped to work with all students.

Day 9

David Romanelli
